I DIY’d: Patch Pocket Shorts
Attempt #4: Finding yet another excuse to wear festive shorts in the Summer. Find some Cabo-colored shorts (you can find a TON here: Colored shorts) and add some pocket flair. Express yourself- with a 15 piece minimum that is.
Read on for instructions and DIY-ability.
Time: 20 minutes
DIY-ability: About a 2 on a scale of 10 (1 being a newborn hippo could master this one). If you’re just not feeling the sewing thing, you can always use some iron-on adhesive (just ask the fabric store clerk and they will point you in the right direction) and skip the needle and thread.
Materials:
Colored Shorts
Mexican blanket (or another piece of patterned fabric)
Needle and thread (or iron-on fabric adhesive)
Sharp scissors
