Style Diary: “Secret” Beach
Like most “secret” beaches, it’s not exactly a secret, but I’m also not at will to divulge it’s exact location. Let’s just say, getting there involves a small European car, piled comically high with boards and people (exhibit B), and a sandy trip through the forest and over the dunes. Although it’s not exactly deserted when you arrive, it’s about 1/10th as crowded as the beaches / breaks in town.

Wear It Now: Labor Day Whites
It’s a nice weekend for a white…everything! Celebrate the last days of Summer by breaking out your sun-drenched whites. Salt crisped cottons, airy chiffons and gauzes, and bleached linens make for a perfect end of summer send-off. Along with a crisp, clean look, in terms of beating the end of summer sun, it’s the next best thing to a bikini (which, of course, is always our #1 wardrobe choice for summer days). Pair your whites with warm, natural leather tones and a splash a mint or aqua trim to complete the look.

Australia Style & Travel Guide: Rainbow!
It’s my last day on the Gold Coast. To send me off, the sun finally broke through the rain, and this rainbow popped up over the bay to try and hold me back. It almost worked too. Lucky it wasn’t a double rainbow! After the skipping competition ended, it was back to the beach for a last sand-castle-off and some frolicking in the waves.
